NSFW Policy

1. Purpose

Klamdo serves adult creators — including platforms such as Fanvue, OnlyFans, and other legal adult-entertainment services. This policy explains what adult content is and is not permitted on Klamdo, the verification process required to unlock adult generation, and the rules everyone on the platform must follow to keep the service legal and safe.

This policy supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Where this policy is stricter, the stricter rule controls.

2. Hard limits — always prohibited

The following categories are prohibited on Klamdo without exception. Attempting to generate, upload, share, or prompt for this content will result in immediate account termination, loss of credits and subscription fees, and — where the law requires it — a report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authority.

• Any sexual or suggestive depiction of minors. This includes any content that features, implies, or could reasonably be interpreted as depicting anyone under the age of 18, including age-ambiguous characters, “teen” coding, school uniforms on sexualized subjects, and age regression. There is no exception for fictional, animated, AI, or anime characters.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — including revenge porn, hidden cameras, “nudify” or undress-a-real-person requests, and deepfake sexual content of identifiable real people without written, verifiable consent.
• Sexual content depicting real identifiable public figures, celebrities, influencers, or private individuals you do not have explicit, signed consent to depict.
• Content depicting incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or real non-consent scenarios.
• Content that glorifies rape, sexual violence, sex trafficking, or the sexual exploitation of any person.
• Content that integrates minors into adult contexts in any way, including “family” scenes where any subject appears under 18.
• Extreme-harm fetishes that involve permanent injury, death, or cannibalism of real or simulated human subjects.

3. Permitted adult content — NSFW tier

Klamdo permits the generation of the following categories only for users on the verified NSFW tier who have completed age and identity verification through our verification provider:

• Nude and sexually explicit imagery of adult fictional characters of your own creation (including the Build-Your-Own-AI character type).
• Nude and sexually explicit imagery of yourself, provided you are the person depicted and you are an adult.
• Common adult themes between consenting adult characters (solo, couple, group), permitted kink and fetish content that does not fall under Section 2, and boudoir / lingerie / implied-nude content.

Even on the NSFW tier, Klamdo reserves the right to refuse any specific prompt or output at its discretion and to add, remove, or adjust permitted categories as laws and platform policies evolve.

4. Age and identity verification

Access to the NSFW tier requires verification of:

• that the user is at least 18 years old;
• that the user has not been reported to us for prior adult-content violations on other platforms; and
• where the user intends to generate content depicting themselves, that the user is in fact the person depicted.

Verification is performed by a third-party identity provider. Klamdo stores only the pass/fail result, the date of verification, and a verification ID. We do not retain copies of government-issued ID documents.

5. Consent for real-person content

If you generate adult content depicting any real person other than yourself, you must hold a signed model release or equivalent written consent for AI-generated likenesses from every identifiable person depicted. Klamdo may request a copy of that consent at any time. Failure or refusal to produce it will result in the content being removed and your account suspended.

6. Platform compliance and 2257 / record-keeping

Klamdo is not a primary producer of sexually explicit content as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257. We do not direct or control the creation of specific sexually explicit works — users do. Users who produce and distribute such works are responsible for their own 2257 compliance and for any downstream platform’s content rules.

7. Content moderation and enforcement

We scan prompts and outputs with automated safety classifiers. Potential hard-limit content is blocked before generation and, where required by law, reported. Borderline cases may be routed to human review. False-positive blocks do not entitle the user to credit refunds, but may be reported for reclassification.

Violations are enforced on a three-strike basis for soft infractions (minor prompt policy violations) and a zero-tolerance basis for any hard-limit category listed in Section 2.

8. Reporting abuse

To report content that you believe violates this policy — for example, a deepfake of yourself, non-consensual intimate imagery, or suspected CSAM — email trust@klamdo.app. Reports involving minors are prioritized and actioned within 24 hours.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as regulations, payment-processor requirements, and model-provider policies change. Material changes are announced in the app and by email. Continued use of the NSFW tier after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
